For thousands of years, meditation has helped us reconnect with a deeper, more centred space within ourselves — a space of calm, balance and clarity that supports us through the different experiences life brings.
Across Eastern traditions, in countries like India and China, meditation has long been practised both as a spiritual path and as a way of cultivating inner balance, harmony and awareness. Regardless of cultural distinctions, at its core it is a universal human practice.
In today’s fast-paced world, it is easy to become disconnected from ourselves — caught up in stress, overload or mental and emotional patterns shaped by past experiences. Meditation offers a simple, accessible way back.
A practice that works on different levels
Meditation can be understood both as a therapeutic and a spiritual practice.
On a practical level, it helps regulate stress, improve focus and support the natural flow of emotions and thoughts — creating more clarity and calm in daily life.
On a deeper level, it supports a more conscious relationship with yourself, allowing space for stillness, presence and self-awareness — a practice that grows deeper with time nurturing lasting balance and joy.

How we work together
Sessions are available both individually and in group settings. Whether you are completely new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, we work at your own pace in a simple, accessible and supportive way.
Individual sessions
Individual sessions are held via video call from anywhere in the world
Group sessions
For group sessions online, I use a platform that supports up to 100 participants, making it easy to join from the comfort of your own home. For in person sessions, there is an available space in Ciudad Real, Spain.
About my training
I hold a Certificate in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and Mindfulness from the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM). The programme is accredited by Meditation Australia (MA) and the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).
I also hold a specialist certificate in Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation practice.
My approach draws on this training alongside my broader background in personal and energetic development, to offer a grounded, heartfelt and authentic experience.
I believe that meditation offers us a space to relate to ourselves and one another with more peace and connection — something the world deeply needs right now.
